I am a Licensed Inspector in the State of Ohio (OHI.2019004452) and current member of both The Ohio Real Estate Inspectors Association (OREIA) and The Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Assn.(KREIA), I have also been associated with several industry associations including The American Subcontractors Association, American Institute of Constructors, Associated General Contractors of America, The American Society for Quality, and of course, The American Society of Home Inspectors having held various positions within several of these organizations including board membership. I have also been OSHA-30 Certified in Occupational Safety and Health.
Comprehensive Background
Prior to founding Cincinnati based Schuerman Inspections in 1996, I specialized in residential and commercial construction management, for approximately 18 years with a total of over 37 years in construction related fields. I am well qualified in all areas of construction including materials, principles and methods. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and also have extensive carpentry training
